Founded around the artwork of Ammama, Ammama Sketch is a creative studio specializing in hand-drawn pencil portraits, graphite sketches, character art, conceptual pieces, and colored paintings.
Each piece is created by hand, with careful attention to expression, detail, texture, and emotion.

The artist behind every piece
Behind every Ammama Sketch is a real artist and a real story. Ammama creates each portrait by hand from the photograph you share.
It is about noticing the details that give a face its personality — the expression in someone’s eyes, the movement of hair, the contrast between light and shadow, and the small characteristics that make every person different.
Pencil work stays close to the photograph — light, graphites, and quiet detail. Colored portraits add warmth where the memory needs it.
While her styles may change from one piece to another, one thing remains consistent: every artwork is individually created by hand.

The commission
From a photograph to something meaningful
A photograph captures a moment exactly as it happened. A drawing allows that moment to be interpreted differently.
Read how a commission worksWhen creating a custom portrait, Ammama studies the photograph carefully — facial features, expression, hair, shadows, proportions, and the small details that make the subject recognizable.
Then, layer by layer, the photograph becomes a hand-drawn artwork.
Whether it is a portrait of yourself, your parents, a couple, your children, a friend, or someone whose memory means a great deal to you, the goal is not simply to reproduce the photograph.
The goal is to create something worth keeping.

Ammama’s journey has included recognition through sketching, painting, poster-painting, and creative competitions — first positions, certificates of merit and appreciation, participation in the Punjab Painting Competition, and art initiatives organized by educational institutions and the Punjab Council of the Arts.
These experiences have shaped both her technical ability and her confidence as an artist. Still, every new artwork remains another opportunity to learn, experiment, and improve.
