This page describes how Ammama Sketch handles information you share with the studio. It does not invent practices the studio has not put in place.
Who this is for
Ammama Sketch is a handmade portrait studio. If you browse the site, write through the contact form, or commission artwork, some information is needed to reply to you and to make the work.
Information you may share
Depending on how you use the site, that may include:
- Your name and the email or phone number you provide
- Delivery details if you place an order
- Photographs you upload as a reference for artwork
- Notes about the portrait you want made
- Messages sent through the contact form
Do not send information you do not want the studio to have. Photographs of other people should only be uploaded when you have the right to share them.
Why it is used
Information is used to create commissioned artwork, fulfill an order, answer a message, and keep a record of that work. Photographs are treated as reference material for the drawing you asked for. They are not used as public portfolio or social posts unless you give separate consent.
More detail about photographs lives on the photo privacy page.
How long information is kept
Retention details will be published here once the studio finalizes them. Until then, photos are stored privately and used only to create your commissioned artwork.
Order records are kept as long as they are needed to fulfill the commission and to support a later question about that order.
Optional measuring of visits
The site may use optional analytics only when those tools are configured. They are not required for the studio to take an order or answer a message.
Asking a question or requesting removal
Use the contact form to ask about your information or to request that a photograph or message be reviewed for removal.
