01
Ordering
How long does a custom sketch take?
The current estimate is shown on the product and in site settings. Timing is confirmed after your order and photographs are reviewed.
Can my artwork be framed?
Yes, when frame options are enabled. You can choose artwork only or one of the available frames during checkout.
02
Photos
Can you combine two different photos into one portrait?
Yes, when the composition is possible from the photographs you share. Describe what you would like in the special instructions, and Ammama will review it with your order.
What type of photo is best for a portrait?
A clear, well-lit photograph where facial details are visible. Avoid heavy filters and very distant shots. The original photo is never cropped automatically — the artist needs the complete reference.
03
Artwork
Can you turn my photo into a pencil sketch?
Yes. Ammama creates hand-drawn pencil sketches from the photograph you upload. You choose the size, number of people, and whether you would like a frame.
Can I order a colored portrait?
Yes, when the colored portrait option is enabled in the studio catalog. The Create Your Portrait flow shows the styles that are currently available.
04
Revisions
Can I request changes?
If the studio shares a preview, you can approve the artwork or request an adjustment from your secure order page. Revision details follow the studio policy in settings.
05
Privacy
How is my uploaded photo used?
Your photograph is stored privately and used only to create your commissioned artwork. Sharing finished work in the portfolio or on social media requires a separate, optional consent. See the Photo Privacy page.
