Shipping and delivery
A portrait leaves the studio after it has been drawn, and after any preview and framing you chose. Delivery is confirmed when you place the order — not guessed here.
What is sent
You receive the handmade artwork you commissioned. If a frame was part of the order, the drawing is prepared with that option before it is packed.
When it is sent
Turnaround is confirmed after your order is reviewed. The current estimate is set in admin settings.
Drawing time, a possible preview, and framing if selected all happen before a piece is ready to travel. Delivery time is in addition to that studio work.
How it travels
Delivery options and timing are confirmed at checkout from the rates configured in admin.
Available routes, prices, and any free-delivery threshold are shown with the live checkout options. This page does not list carriers or days that have not been configured.
Where it goes
The portrait is sent to the address you enter when you order. If the gift is a surprise, you may use your own address and give it in person.
Following an order
After an order is placed, you can follow it with the details the studio gives you. If something about delivery is unclear, write through the contact form.
